YELLOWSTONE NEWS | A PROJECT HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN CANCELLED

A major chapter of the Yellowstone universe has quietly come to an end.

Taylor Sheridan has officially confirmed that the long-discussed “6666” spin-off will NOT move forward.

The series was originally announced as a new story centered around the legendary Four Sixes Ranch in Texas — a location already made famous in Yellowstone through Jimmy’s storyline.

But Sheridan says he ultimately decided he would never fictionalize the real ranch, because it is still a working property where real families live and work.

While the “6666” project is now off the table, the Yellowstone universe continues to expand, with Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler returning in Dutton Ranch.
